Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual (whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mpo323 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.
mpo323 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
As part of mpo323's commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering compliance, all Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be requested at any time at mpo323's discretion.

5.1 Deposit Conditions: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same legal name as your mpo323 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being reviewed.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder. Before a withdrawal is approved, any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied. mpo323 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.3 Maximum Withdrawal: Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per Account tier. VIP Members may have higher limits as communicated in writing by their designated account manager.
5.4 Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mpo323 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.
mpo323 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.
6.1 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire without compensation.
6.2 Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, the following contribution rates apply:
6.3 Bonus Abuse: mpo323 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying a wagering requirement, or exploiting a technical error in a promotion's configuration.
6.4 Seasonal Promotions: mpo323 may offer time-limited promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events such as the Piala AFF or FIFA World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
7.1 Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting body at the time of final confirmation. For football matches, this includes BRI Liga 1 rulings, UEFA regulations for the Champions League, and FIFA World Cup match protocols. Asian handicap (voor bola, the Indonesian term for the spread-based handicap market) bets are settled per the applicable handicap at the time of bet placement.
7.2 Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), those legs are removed and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining valid selections. A mix parlay reduced to a single selection will be settled as a single bet.
7.3 Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. mpo323 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid and will be settled normally unless the event is abandoned.
7.4 Casino & Slots: All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) are certified as provably fair by independent testing laboratories. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome on any individual session. Slot gacor (high-payout slots) featured in promotional materials are those with published RTPs at or above 96% — this designation is updated monthly.
7.5 Live Casino: Live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All results are generated in real time by physical cards, roulette wheels, or dice under controlled studio conditions. mpo323 does not influence game outcomes in any live dealer environment.
7.6 Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by mpo323 in circumstances including: entry of an incorrect price due to a technical error, event cancellation or abandonment before the minimum required play time is completed, or evidence of match-fixing as determined by the relevant governing sports authority.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo323 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use mpo323's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written consent; or frame, mirror, or deep-link to any part of the Platform without written authorisation.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by mpo323 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

13.1 Closure by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting mpo323 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 3–5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
13.2 Closure by mpo323: mpo323 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) continued operation of the Account would expose mpo323 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (d) the User is found to be located in a Prohibited Territory.
13.3 Effect of Closure: Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, mpo323 may forfeit all balances held in the Account, including Real Money Funds, if such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach. Where the closure is administrative or precautionary rather than punitive, Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
mpo323 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Where changes are non-material (such as minor clarifications or formatting corrections), they may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo323 holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
15.1 Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact mpo323 customer support in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48–72 hours WIB.
15.2 Formal Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being submitted, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
